2. Data Collected and Purposes
2.1 Waitlist
When you sign up for the waitlist, we collect the following data:
- First name and last name — to personalise our communications
- Email address — to inform you of the app launch and project news
Legal basis: consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.
2.2 Mobile application (coming soon)
When using the Familia Memoria app, additional data will be processed (user account, voice recordings, photos). These processing activities will be described in an updated version of this policy before launch.
3. Data Recipients
Your data may be shared with the following sub-processors, strictly for the purposes described above:
- Brevo (Sendinblue SA) — email marketing platform hosted in the European Union, used to send confirmation and informational emails. Brevo privacy policy
- Vercel Inc. — landing page hosting, servers located in France. Vercel privacy policy
- Scaleway SAS — API hosting, datacentres located in France. Scaleway privacy policy
- Supabase Inc. — database hosting, servers located in France. Supabase privacy policy
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Retention Period
- Waitlist data: retained until the app launches or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first. At launch, data will be deleted or transferred to your account if you create one.
5. Hosting and International Transfers
Waitlist data is hosted on Brevo servers located within the European Union. No data transfers outside the EU/EEA take place.
The mobile application will exclusively use hosting infrastructure located in Europe.
6. Your Rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU Regulation 2016/679), you have the following rights over your personal data:
- Right of access: obtain a copy of your data
- Right to rectification: correct inaccurate data
- Right to erasure: request deletion of your data
- Right to object: object to processing
- Right to data portability: receive your data in a structured format
- Right to withdraw consent: at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or destruction. All data is stored in Europe.

This policy may be updated. In case of material changes, you will be notified by email or by a notice on the site. The last updated date is shown at the top of this page.
